1. Nature of the service

Ischia Rent Boat (ischiarentboat.it) is an online portal that presents boat rental offers from independent partner operators and collects customer enquiries to forward them to those partners.

Ischia Rent Boat:

• is not the owner of the vessels shown;
• does not act as the boat rental company for those vessels;
• does not conclude the rental contract with the end customer;
• does not provide the navigation service itself.

Any rental contract, payment terms, boarding instructions, insurance and liability are agreed exclusively between the customer and the partner operator.

2. How enquiries work

When you submit a request for a listed boat, the portal forwards your details to the partner linked to that boat and keeps a copy for portal administration. Indicative prices on the website are not a binding offer. The partner confirms availability, final price and conditions.

3. Partner operator responsibility

Each partner remains solely responsible for:

• ownership or lawful operation of the vessel;
• licences, permits and regulatory compliance;
• insurance coverage;
• safety, maintenance and the services actually provided to the customer;
• the rental contract and any payments agreed with the customer.

Ischia Rent Boat does not verify in real time every detail published and does not replace the partner’s professional obligations.

4. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for agreeing terms directly with the partner before boarding. Licence rules, sea conditions and safety briefings are managed by the partner.

5. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ischia Rent Boat is not liable for the partner’s performance, cancellations, accidents at sea, or disputes arising from the rental relationship between customer and partner. Website content is informational. Prices shown are indicative and not a binding public offer.

6. Contact
